The meeting will take place at the Escuela Politécnica Superior (campus Universidad Autonoma de Madrid)

The Maunakea Spectroscopic Explorer (MSE) project will transform the CFHT 3.6m optical telescope into a 10m class dedicated multiobject spectroscopic facility.
